Welcome to the Hoskinson Community Health Coalition! We are a group of dedicated individuals who came together in 2023 with a shared goal: to improve healthcare access in Campbell County. Our coalition serves as a bridge between members of our community and local service providers, connecting individuals with the resources they need to live healthy, fulfilling lives.

At the Hoskinson Community Health Coalition, we believe that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental human right. We recognize that many members of our community face significant barriers to accessing the care they need, whether it be due to financial limitations, lack of transportation, or a lack of information about available resources. Our coalition is committed to breaking down these barriers and ensuring that every member of our community has access to the care they need to thrive.

Our coalition is comprised of a diverse group of individuals, including healthcare professionals, community leaders, and concerned citizens. We are united by our shared commitment to improving healthcare access in our community, and we work tirelessly to achieve this goal through a variety of initiatives. Some of our key initiatives include:

• Connecting individuals with local service providers: We work closely with a variety of healthcare providers and organizations in the Campbell County area to connect individuals with the care they need. Whether it be through our website, social media channels, or other communication channels, we strive to make it easy for individuals to access the resources they need to live healthy, fulfilling lives.

• Raising awareness about healthcare access issues: We believe that education and awareness are key to improving healthcare access in our community. That's why we regularly share information and resources with community members about healthcare access issues to empower them to take action to address these issues.
